Subscription & Fees

• Fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• AI credits are allocated based on your selected plan.
• Unused AI credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan.
• Refunds are processed according to our standard refund policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

Invoxa AI provides tools to assist in business management. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our AI outputs, we are not liable for any financial decisions or errors resulting from the use of generated invoices or insights.
